The Sales Cloud platform helps sales teams manage customer relationships and automate processes, while the Service Cloud platform transforms how service teams deliver value across customer touchpoints. The Salesforce Platform is a low code application development platform that extends the scope and functionality of CRM. These services will have exclusive features for mainland China, including integrations with key Chinese social media and messaging platforms.
