April 9, 2024
Atman has secured a financing agreement worth PLN 1.35 billion to expand its data center facilities. The funds will primarily be used to construct the new WAW-3 campus in Duchnice near Warsaw, and to expand Atman's existing colocation facilities. The WAW-3 data center campus will house over 50,000 servers in three buildings, providing a total net area of nearly 19,000 square meters for IT equipment colocation. The first phase of the project, which started in October 2023 with the construction of the first building with 14.4 MW of IT capacity, is expected to be completed in the fourth quarter of 2024. The agreement emphasizes energy efficiency and corporate sustainability, aligning with Atman's goal to reduce energy consumption and positively impact the economic, social, and natural environment.
