The company was formed through a joint investment by Liberty Global and DigitalBridge, and its portfolio includes data centers in major European markets. In February 2023, AtlasEdge acquired Datacenter One, adding "state-of-the-art" data centers in Stuttgart, Dusseldorf, and Leverkusen to its portfolio.
