DataBank, a leading provider of enterprise-class colocation, connectivity, and managed services, held a dedication ceremony on May 10, 2024, for its new Orangeburg Data Center Campus in Dallas, Texas. The first data center on the campus, LGA3, is currently under construction and will open in early 2025, providing 200,000 square feet of data center capacity and 30MW of critical power. The site will eventually accommodate a second facility, LGA4, and another 45MW on-site substation. The campus will be connected to DataBank's major carrier hotel locations in Manhattan and Newark, NJ, providing high-performance for latency-sensitive applications. The new campus is expected to bring jobs, innovation, and economic growth to the region.
