T5 Data Centers Plans Expansion with New 300MW Data Center Campus in South Fulton County, Georgia
On August 28, 2024, T5 Data Centers announced plans to expand its Atlanta footprint with the development of a new data center campus in South Fulton County, Georgia. The facility, located on a 91-acre site in Palmetto, is already zoned for data center use and is scalable to support up to 300 megawatts (MW) of power capacity. The new campus, known as ATL IV, will enable advanced AI capabilities and provide liquid cooling technology, catering to clients with high-performance cloud infrastructure needs. The site is strategically located near major data center hubs, ensuring excellent connectivity and low-latency data transmission. An onsite electrical substation will provide efficient and redundant utility power, expected to be operational in 2026. This expansion is part of T5's mission to expand its footprint across the U.S. and Europe.
