CoreSite, a leading hybrid IT solutions provider and subsidiary of American Tower Corporation, announced on December 12, 2023, the expansion of its New York and Denver data center campuses. The New York campus, known as NY3, has received final permitting to complete construction of an 85,000-square-foot facility with 15 critical megawatts (CMW) of capacity. In Denver, CoreSite has received conceptual approval for a three-building data center campus development of approximately 600,000 square feet and 60 CMW of capacity. The NY3 facility will expand CoreSite’s New York market footprint and serve as an environment for digital platforms. The Denver development will expand CoreSite’s Denver market footprint and is anticipated to have an on-site substation. Construction of NY3 is expected to be completed in Q4 2024.
