Flexential, a provider of colocation, cloud, connectivity, and data protection services, announced on June 14, 2023, an enhancement to its Interconnection Mesh solution. The enhancement includes a new layer 3 VPN (L3VPN) multipoint service option, which simplifies colocation to cloud connections. Available across all markets, the new capability complements Flexential’s national 100Gbps backbone, allowing for dynamic connections to customer deployments, and access to a wide ecosystem of carriers, cloud providers, and subsea transport options. The L3VPN service connects all customer environments over a Flexential routed connection, enabling highly secure encrypted connections and assisting customers in scaling their routing infrastructure. The new capability is part of Flexential's ongoing commitment to grow its FlexAnywhere platform.
