On October 22, 2024, STACK Infrastructure, a leading global developer and operator of data centers, announced the completion of the first facility on its new 36MW flagship campus in Greater Tokyo’s Inzai District. Developed in partnership between IPI Partners and Oaktree Capital Management, L.P., the campus features two purpose-built 18MW buildings designed with advanced security and AI-ready capabilities. The development of the second 18MW facility, TKY01B, is underway. STACK is also advancing plans for the 80MW Osaka KIX01 campus. The Tokyo campus will support technological growth and contribute significantly to the local economy. STACK is also strengthening its footprint in the Asia Pacific region with key developments in Melbourne, Canberra, and Seoul.
