STACK Infrastructure Raises $1.3 Billion for Global Data Center Development Including Expansion in Melbourne and Virginia
STACK Infrastructure, a global developer and operator of data centers, has announced a cumulative fundraising of $1.3 billion for development across its global portfolio. The funding, which includes green construction debt refinancing, will be used to expand STACK’s global footprint of large-scale shell and turnkey campuses. Of the total, $506 million in green financing will be allocated to expand STACK’s digital infrastructure footprint in the APAC region, including the development of a 180MW campus in Melbourne, Australia. Additionally, $350 million will be used for the expansion of a 150MW campus in Manassas, Virginia, and $301 million will support further development of a 200MW campus in Loudoun County, Virginia. STACK has secured more than $12 billion in financing to date for the development of its global portfolio.
