Yondr Group, a leading global developer, owner, and operator of hyperscale data centers, has secured planning permission for a third building on its London campus in Slough, as announced on August 15, 2024. The new data center, located on the site of a former paint factory, will be part of Yondr’s proposed 100+MW capacity campus. The design of the new facility, which is rated 'Very Good' by BREEAM, includes a green wall and additional landscaping to enhance local biodiversity. It also features solar panels and boasts industry-leading power utilization efficiency (PUE). The project will also benefit local residents by creating a new walking and cycle route.
