November 14, 2024
Aermont Capital, a real estate investment fund, has acquired Nabiax, the leading data center company in Spain, from Asterion Industrial Partners and Telefónica. The deal includes Nabiax's entire installed capacity of 35 MW IT across data centers in Alcalá de Henares, Julián Camarillo, and Terrassa. Nabiax is also well-positioned to connect to Redeia and potentially develop up to 100 MW of capacity in the future. Since 2019, Nabiax has tripled its revenues and EBITDA, having commissioned 20 MW of IT power for three major global companies. The company plans to continue its growth organically and possibly through acquisitions in other key regions of Spain. Nabiax also prioritizes sustainability, achieving 100% renewable energy consumption in all its infrastructures and reducing its scope 2 emissions to zero.
