Princeton Digital Group (PDG), a leading data center provider in Asia, announced on July 3, 2024, the official delivery of Phase One of its JH1 data center campus in Sedenak Tech Park, Johor, Malaysia. The campus, which has a capacity of 150MW, is one of the largest in Southeast Asia and is set to serve some of the world's largest technology companies. Phase One, which comprises 52MW, was delivered in just 12 months. The campus will also generate renewable energy through solar panels installed on its rooftop. In May, PDG secured a green loan of approximately USD280 million for JH1. The project is seen as a significant step towards minimizing resource consumption and emissions in the region's AI infrastructure.
