EVOQUE, a leading provider of comprehensive colocation, connectivity, and infrastructure solutions, announced on January 16, 2024, the successful completion of the acquisition of Cyxtera’s data center portfolio. The combined organization will form a leading data center company with more than 50 locations, predominantly in North America. The integration of Cyxtera's capabilities and assets will amplify the joint organization’s market presence, diversify its product portfolio, and broaden its customer reach worldwide. Spencer E. Mullee, Evoque’s current CEO, will serve as the CEO of the new joint organization. Through the acquisition, Evoque will incorporate 40 additional data centers, mostly located in the United States and Canada.
