Princeton Digital Group Secures $95 Million Green Loan for SG1 Data Center Expansion in Singapore
Princeton Digital Group (PDG), a leading data center provider in Asia, has secured a $95 million Green Loan for its SG1 data center in central Singapore. This is PDG’s second green loan in 2024. The loan, provided by Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation and Societe Generale, will be used to refinance SG1’s existing loan and support PDG’s ongoing expansion in the region. The SG1 data center is part of PDG’s SG+® strategy, which includes over 500 MW across Singapore, Johor, and Batam. The green loan aligns with PDG’s green financing framework and international Green Loan Principles, supporting the development of data centers that meet the eligibility criteria under the Green Buildings category.
