Princeton Digital Group (PDG), a leading data center provider in Asia, has secured its first green loan of approximately USD 280 million for its 150MW AI-ready JH1 campus in Sedenak Tech Park, Johor, Malaysia. The JH1 campus, one of the largest AI-ready campuses in Asia, is designed to cater to the infrastructure demands of major AI and cloud companies. The financing is for the first 52MW phase of JH1, which is set to be operational by June 2024. The loan is provided by Maybank, Standard Chartered Bank, and UOB Malaysia. This financing aligns with PDG's green finance framework, marking a significant step towards minimizing resource consumption and emissions of the region's AI infrastructure.
