RMZ, one of the world's largest family-owned alternative asset owners, and Colt Data Centre Services (Colt DCS), a leading global hyperscale data center operator, have announced a joint venture to develop digital infrastructure in the Indian market. The partnership will initially focus on accelerating development at existing sites in Navi Mumbai and Ambattur, Chennai, with a third site planned for the future. The data centers will have a combined capacity of approximately 250MW upon completion of all phases. The venture represents an equal partnership between RMZ and Colt DCS, leveraging RMZ's 20 years of experience in developing infrastructure in rapidly growing Indian markets and Colt DCS's 25 years of experience in operating data centers in Tier 1 markets.
