STACK Infrastructure Plans to Develop 220MW Data Center Campus in Lancaster, Texas, Expected Delivery by Mid-2026
STACK Infrastructure, a global developer and operator of data centers, announced on April 29, 2024, its plan to develop a 220MW campus in Lancaster, Texas. The campus will span over 100 acres and is designed to accommodate the growing demand for infrastructure supporting artificial intelligence, cloud computing, and other emerging technologies. The campus, which is expected to be delivered by mid-2026, will feature six 36MW data centers across 1.5 million square feet. The project is strategically located in south Dallas, a rapidly growing market. STACK's new campus will provide scalability and dedicated power, with committed power from utility provider ONCOR via a dedicated substation.
